Was Anyone Hurt In The Rollover?

Two of the crash victims were ejected during the rollover, a 36-year-old New Orleans man and a 3-year-old girl from Houston, Texas. Unfortunately, the man was declared dead on the scene, and the little girl later passed while being treated at the hospital. Neither were secured by a seatbelt or safety seat, and the State Police are urging everyone to wear their safety belts when they get in a car.

The two remaining victims, the driver and front seat passenger, sustained only minor to moderate injuries, but were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. These victims will make a full recovery, but the police are still busy trying to figure out why the SUV tire suddenly deflated.
