Recent Oil Rig Accident Leaves One Man Dead. What Caused It?

Details are scarce as to the cause of a recent oil rig accident that left one man dead and another injured. The accident, which took place east of Ames, Oklahoma, happened when an oil rig tipped over. It fell on top of a worker, who died. The other worker was working near the top of the rig tower when it collapsed, causing injury. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has launched an investigation into the cause of the accident, but expects it may be up to a month before they know exactly what happened.
