Why is it Important Not to Settle a Case Quickly?

The attorneys at Galloway Jefcoat want to have and maintain a personal relationship with their clients. Watch as John Jefcoat describes a case in which a woman was left with third degree burns after an accident. Having the time to closely work with clients allows for the attorneys at Galloway Jefcoat to produce the best possible outcomes they can for their cases.

Generally a burn injury is gonna require some sort of skin graft. A lady who has third-degree burns on her foot, her employer did not okay her medicals, she did not receive medical care for quite a while. She ended up working, believe it or not for quite an extended time. It was a burn in oil, the oil was not cleaned up. And she actually continued to work in, the employer put cat litter down. And so it she got her foot severely infected and has now, as I indicated, had two separate surgeries. Skin grafts off the hip and so she’s gonna have not only the damage to the foot but she’s got a permanent scarring on her hip now in addition to the burn on the foot. We’re not a one attorney firm so we have eight or nine attorneys depending on the time which allows us to have personal relationships with our clients. Some of the other firms in this area that may have, let’s say 20 attorneys or more, are mills in the sense that all they want to do is turn the cases over as rapidly as possible. That’s never been our goal, we’re more on a personal basis I think with our clients. We have our main phone number which is (337) 984-8020 or for more information go to GallowayJefcoat.com.
