Workers’ compensation lawyer Robert M. Martina is a 1987 graduate of Louisiana State University, in Baton Rouge, where he received a B.S. degree in Finance. He is also a graduate of the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1990. He has practiced law in Baton Rouge and Lafayette since 1990 and has practiced extensively in both defense and personal injury litigation.
Robert is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Louisiana. Practicing primarily as a workers’ compensation lawyer in the specialty area of workplace accidents, he also practices in the areas of wrongful death litigation, auto accidents, truck accidents, boating accidents, offshore drilling and oil rig accidents, products liability, premises liability, and other personal injury cases.
